Cultural Differences

There are a lot of differences between Corrientes and Buenos Aires, but they also have things in common. In Buenos Aires there's an hour where the traffic is terrifying from 8-9 am, when people go to work and from 5-6 in the afternoon when people come back from work. But in Corrientes the streets are narrow so there's always a lot of traffic especially form 6-8pm and from 11am-1pm.

There are some things that people from Corrientes and Buenos Aires have in common. In both provinces people usually drink mate in the afternoon, they also like barbecue and empanadas. However people from Corrientes usually take a nap in the afternoon, whereas people from Buenos Aires don't.

Both provinces have famous rock bands. Corrientes for example have bands like 'La Murga' and 'La 2.20' and in Buenos Aires there are Arbol, Bersuit, Vergaraba, Los Piojos and more.

They also have different accents but they can understand each other. They like different things about each province like the population, the views and the buildings but people from both provinces have one thing in common; they feel great when they are home.

How are the buildings like? More houses that high buildings

How are the streets like? In some hours 8-9 the traffic jam is terrifying

How are the buildings like? A part full of huge buildings, flats and another with houses. I live in a house.

How are the streets like? At midday there's a lot of traffic and at 5pm.
